Fiscalization is the process of implementing an integration of an invoicing system with Zimbabwe Revenue Authority’s FDMS. It involves generating fiscal tax invoices and all valid fiscal tax invoices contain a QR Code.

All VAT-registered businesses in Zimbabwe are required to comply with ZIMRA’s fiscalisation regulations. This includes retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, service providers, and other taxable enterprises. The system ensures transparency, accurate VAT returns, and reduced tax fraud.
